Consolidated revenue for the year stood at INR 515.09 Cr, down from INR 596.19 Cr in FY24, but Profit After Tax increased 15.46% to INR 25.27 Cr. EBITDA also rose significantly to INR 41.19 Cr. The company's order book has impressively grown to INR 1,302 Cr, a 50% increase from last year, and operations now span nine states. An upcoming Annual General Meeting will address adopting these results, re-appointments of directors, and seeking shareholder approval for borrowing and asset creation up to INR 400 Cr each to fuel future expansion.
