The company's order book surged to ₹1,302 Cr, supported by expansion into nine states. Shareholders will also vote on reappointing directors and auditors. Crucially, approval is sought to borrow, create charges, and make investments up to ₹400 Cr each. Executive Director salaries are proposed to increase to ₹0.03 Cr/month from September 2025.
