Baweja Studios' Board approved the Director's report and scheduled the 24th AGM for Sept 29 (VC/OAVM). Critically, the Board directed management to strengthen internal controls after NSE noted a late prior board meeting intimation. Secretarial auditors were also re-appointed for FY26.
