Uttam Sugar Mills Limited — Others, 23-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Uttam Sugar Mills has convened its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually to seek shareholder approval for several key proposals. This includes adopting the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY2024-25. Shareholders will also consider a final dividend for FY2024-25 on preference shares and equity shares at 25% (₹2.50 per share). The company also seeks re-appointment of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director Mr. Gurbachan Singh Matta and Independent Director Mr. Jasbir Singh, both for five-year terms. Additionally, the AGM will appoint Secretarial Auditors and ratify Cost Auditors' remuneration of 0.0375 Cr for FY2025-26.
