    Rajputana Biodiesel board approved Mehta & Mehta as Secretarial Auditor for FY25-26. Mr. Sudeep Soni's designation changed to Executive Chairman & Whole Time Director for 3 years (shareholder nod needed). The 9th AGM notice for Sept 20 (VC/OAVM) was also approved.
