    Rajputana Biodiesel Board appointed Mehta & Mehta as Secretarial Auditor for FY25-26. Mr. Sudeep Soni's designation was changed to Executive Chairman & Whole Time Director for 3 years (shareholder approval pending). They also approved the 9th AGM notice for Sept 20, 2025.
