Goyal Aluminiums Limited — Others, 23-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Goyal Aluminiums has submitted its Annual Report for FY25 and the notice for its 9th Annual General Meeting. For FY25, standalone revenue increased to ₹76.51 Crore (from ₹68.46 Cr), but standalone profit after tax declined to ₹1.49 Crore (from ₹2.32 Cr). Consolidated profit after tax also decreased to ₹2.29 Crore (from ₹2.56 Cr). Shareholders will consider approving material related-party transactions up to ₹20 Crore each with four entities, and a ₹15 Crore loan/guarantee limit. A revision in MD & CFO Sandeep Goyal's remuneration is also up for approval. The company faced penalties from BSE and NSE totaling ₹12 Lakh for delayed compliance.
