NIIT Limited has announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via video conferencing to discuss the upcoming business. The Board has proposed a dividend of Rs 1 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. This dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be paid to eligible members. Shareholders are encouraged to update their KYC details and claim any unpaid dividends through an ongoing campaign. A special window is also available for re-lodging previously rejected share transfer deeds for dematerialization.
