Auro Laboratories Ltd — Important, 23-08-2025: Company Update

Aura Laboratories' Board has approved several governance updates. New statutory auditors, M/s B.L. Dasharda & Associates, were appointed for a casual vacancy from August 24, 2025, and then for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Kavita Vijayakant Sharma was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term starting February 11, 2026. CS Padma Tapariya joins as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from October 1, 2025. M/s GMJ & Associates was appointed Secretarial Auditors for five years. The 36th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 25, 2025.
