Auro Laboratories Ltd — Important, 23-08-2025: Company Update

Aura Laboratories' Board has approved significant governance changes. Its statutory auditors, M/s Kothari Jain & Associates, resigned due to other commitments; M/s B.L. Dasharda & Associates were appointed for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also re-appointed Mrs. Kavita Vijayakant Sharma as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, pending shareholder assent. Additionally, CS Padma Tapariya was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The company also appointed M/s. GMJ & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. The 36th Annual General Meeting is scheduled virtually.
