Auro Laboratories Ltd — Important, 23-08-2025: Company Update

Aura Laboratories' Board approved significant changes. Statutory auditors M/s Kothari Jain & Associates resigned due to other commitments. M/s B.L. Dasharda & Associates was approved as the new statutory auditor for a five-year term, contingent on shareholder approval. Mrs. Kavita Vijayakant Sharma was re-appointed Independent Director for a second five-year term starting February 11, 2026, also pending shareholder nod. CS Padma Tapariya joins as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from October 01, 2025. M/s GMJ & Associates were appointed Secretarial Auditors for five years. The 36th Annual General Meeting is set for September 25, 2025.
