participating through the VC/OAVM facility shall be counted for the purpose of reckoning the quorum under Section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013.

GENERAL COMMUNICATION ON TAX DEDUCTION AT SOURCE ON DIVIDEND

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Wednesday,13TH August 2025 had

recommended a dividend of Rs 0.80 paisee/- (8% on paid up share capital) per equity share having a face

value of Rs 10/- each for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2025. The said dividend will be payable subject

to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Pursuant to the

Finance Act, 2020, with effect from 1st April 2020, Dividend Distribution Tax has been abolished and dividend

income is taxable in the hands of the Shareholders. The Shareholders are therefore requested to furnish

on or before 30th September 2025, the necessary documents/declarations to the Company's Registrar and

neither certify/approve any Ayurvedic, Siddha, Unani & Homeopathic (ASU&H) company

or its drug/medicine nor grant license of manufacture for sale to any Ayurvedic, Siddha,

Unani & Homeopathic (ASU&H) manufacturer/company. Further, as the extant provisions

of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 and rules thereunder, the license of manufacture for

sale of any ASU&H medicine/drug is granted by the State/ UT Licensing Authority (SLA)

of the concerned State/UT

2. The Ministry of Ayush hereby notifies the public that-

i. It is illegal to advertise ASU&H drugs claiming miraculous or supernatural effects for

the treatment of diseases. Such advertisements can mislead and endanger public

health by promoting unverified or false claims.

ii. The Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954, strictly

prohibits the advertisement of drugs and magic remedies for the treatment of certain

diseases and conditions. Any person found guilty of contravening this Act shall be

liable for penalties as prescribed under the law.

iii. The Ayurvedic, Siddha and Unani (ASU) medicines containing the drugs listed

in Schedule E(1) of Drug Rules, 1945 are mandated to be consumed under the

supervision and guidance of a registered medical practitioner of the concerned system

of Ayush medicine. Container of such medicines will have instruction over its label

that “Caution - To be taken under Medical supervision” in both Hindi and English

languages. General public are advised to use such medications only after consultations

with registered medical practitioners/doctors of concern Ayush systems.

iv. Self-diagnosis or self-medication with Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani & Homeopathy

(ASU&H) drugs/ medicines should be avoided. It is suggested to seek advice of

registered medical practitioners / doctors of concern Ayush systems for any health

concerns.

3. General public is hereby informed to be aware of the aforementioned facts in respect

of ASU&H drugs/medicines and avoid patronizing of misleading advertisements of

such drugs/medicines. Public is also encouraged to report any such objectionable

advertisements, false claims, fake medicines etc. to Drug Policy Section, Ministry of

Prime Minister Narendra

Modi, on Saturday, asked

space scientists to prepare

for a deep space explora-

tion mission to unravel the

secrets that brighten the fu-

ture of humanity.

In a video address on the

National Space Day, Modi

announced that India was

preparing to set up a pool

of astronauts for future mis-

sions, and urged the youth

to be part of this group.

“We have reached the

moon and Mars. Now, we

have to peek into deep

space, where several secrets

that would benefi t the fu-

ture of humanity lie hid-

den,” Modi said.

Achieving one milestone

after another in the space

sector has now become a

natural trait of India and its

scientists, he said.

“Beyond galaxies lies our

horizons, Th e endless uni-

verse tells us that no frontier

is the fi nal frontier and in

the space sector too, at the

policy level, there should be

no fi nal frontier,” the prime

minister told a gathering of

space scientists, students,

and policymakers from

across the country.

He said India was mak-

ing advances in break-

through technologies such

as electric propulsion and

semi-cryogenic engines.

“Soon, thanks to the hard

work of you, scientists, India

will launch the Gaganyaan

mission and will also build

its own space station,” he

said.

when the sleuths reached

Rs 130 crore.

cyber scam. Th ey also ac-

quired numerous assets

crore from the proceeds of

crime,” the federal probe

agency said in a statement.
