In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in terms

of the company code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the trading window for dealings in equity shares of

the company shall remains closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 25th

August, 2025 till 48 hours after conclusion of Board Meeting for reconsideration the recommendation of Final Dividend

on the equity shares for the Financial Year Ending 31st March, 2025 due to change in face value of the equity shares of

the company.
