    Muthoot Finance appointed Deutsche Bank and Standard Chartered for a potential benchmark USD-denominated senior secured bond offering under its US$ 2 Bn GMTN Programme. Proceeds will be used for onward lending. The bonds are expected to be rated BB+ by S&P.
