Ceeta Industries reported a significant financial turnaround for FY25. Revenue from operations surged 87.56% to ₹220.25 Crore, with profit after tax swinging from a ₹15.99 Crore loss to a ₹27.45 Crore profit, substantially boosted by a ₹28.31 Crore exceptional income. Interest costs also decreased significantly by 64.80%. This strong performance was primarily driven by robust "Skitos" brand sales and increased job work. Operationally, the company enhanced packing capacity and is diversifying its product portfolio with a new "Skitos Fruit Drink" line. The upcoming 41st Annual General Meeting will consider re-appointing Managing Director Mr. Krishna Murari Poddar for three years and two Independent Directors for second terms.
