Dolfin Rubbers submitted its Annual Report for FY2024-25 and announced its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 20, 2025. Sales turnover grew to Rs. 143.59 Cr (vs Rs. 125.94 Cr), with profit after tax rising to Rs. 5.12 Cr (vs Rs. 4.75 Cr). The AGM agenda includes adopting these results and seeking shareholder approval for re-appointments of key directors: Mr. Surinder Pal Singh, Mr. Kanwaljit Singh (Whole Time), Mr. Kawaljit Singh (Chairman & MD), and Mrs. Ratinder Kaur (Whole Time). Shareholder approval is also sought for the re-appointment of Mr. Yashul Goyal (Independent), and the secretarial and cost auditors.
