Insolation Energy Ltd — Important, 25-08-2025: Company Update

Insolation Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary has performed a groundbreaking ceremony for a new manufacturing plant in Madhya Pradesh. This expansion will significantly boost capacity with 4.5 GW for Solar Cell and 18,000 MT for Aluminium Frame manufacturing. Spread over 45 acres, the company plans to invest approximately ₹1,600 Crores, expecting to generate over 1,600 jobs. This marks their fourth facility and first outside Rajasthan, enhancing overall capacity to meet growing solar demand. The group recently also commissioned a new 3 GW PV Module plant, bringing its total operational PV Module capacity to 4 GW.
