    UMA Converter's Board approved its FY26 Cost Auditor. Key board decisions also include re-appointing Mr. Pradeep Lodha as Independent Director and revising Executive Director Mrs. Nirmala Lodha's remuneration to Rs 75.60 Lakhs P.A. from FY26. All subject to shareholder approval.
