M&B Engineering reported robust Q1 FY26 results with Revenue from operations surging 69% YoY to ₹23.77 Cr. Profit After Tax (PAT) grew an impressive 159% YoY to ₹1.80 Cr, and Basic EPS stood at ₹3.59, reflecting strong performance across both Phenix (PEB) and Proflex (Roofing) divisions.

The company's strategy focuses on leveraging its leading position in the PEB market, expanding its self-supported steel roofing solutions, and increasing export contributions, particularly to the USA. Key growth drivers include rising industrial capital expenditure, infrastructure development, and warehousing expansion.

Recent developments include the commencement of a brownfield PEB expansion project at Sanand, adding 20,000 TPA capacity by Q1 FY27. The company is also evaluating options to increase Proflex capacity by procuring additional mobile plants this fiscal. As of July 1, 2025, the consolidated order book stands strong at ₹842.84 Cr, providing solid revenue visibility.

Management notes that Q1 revenues are typically seasonally lower, and Q1 FY26 figures exclude ₹28.56 Cr of revenue deferred to Q2 due to accounting principles. Capex incurred in Q1 FY26 was ₹6.27 Cr, with an additional ₹45 Cr planned for the rest of FY26 to support ongoing expansion efforts.
