Pasupati Acrylon has issued its Annual Report for FY2024-25 and announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting on September 18, 2025. The company delivered strong annual financial results, with Revenue from Operations up 8.03% to Rs. 621.43 Cr, EBIDTA soaring 109.31% to Rs. 56.20 Cr, and Profit After Tax jumping 168.24% to Rs. 35.38 Cr. The new grain-based Ethanol Plant also commenced commercial production in March 2025. Shareholders will vote on re-appointing Mr. Satya Prakash Gupta and appointing two new Independent Directors, Mr. Sudhir Agarwal and Mr. Sanjiv Nair. Additionally, the appointment of the Secretarial Auditor and Cost Auditor's remuneration will be addressed. No dividend was proposed.
