IVP Limited — PPTs, 25-08-2025: Investor Presentation
IVP Ltd. reported flat year-on-year revenue in Q1FY26 at ₹138.19 Cr. However, EBITDA declined 30% to ₹5.31 Cr, and Profit After Tax dropped 65% to ₹1.19 Cr. This performance reflects weak demand in both Foundry and Polyurethane segments, volatile raw material prices, and stiff import competition, particularly affected by early monsoons.
Strategically, IVP plans to expand its higher-margin Polyurethane business using existing land, avoiding new capital expenditure. The company is also focusing on diversifying from PU foam to non-foam applications like Flexible Packaging and on deleveraging its balance sheet and optimizing working capital. Recent developments include the 2024 implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.
Management anticipates India's strong GDP growth will boost domestic demand in FY26. IVP is poised to leverage its capacities, diverse product portfolio, and R&D to grow volumes and increase market share as demand recovers.
