IndusInd Bank Limited — Others, 25-08-2025: Appointment

IndusInd Bank has announced Mr. Rajiv Anand has assumed charge as its Managing Director & CEO. His appointment, for a three-year term, was previously approved by the Board following RBI clearance, subject to shareholder approval. This move leads to the immediate dissolution of the temporary Committee of Executives and Oversight Committee of the Board, which had been overseeing operations. Mr. Anand brings extensive experience, previously serving as Deputy MD at Axis Bank, where he led wholesale banking and digital initiatives. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
