Cosmic CRF Limited has announced its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. via Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means. Shareholders can attend and vote on the resolutions outlined in the AGM Notice. Electronic copies of the Annual Report 2024-25 will be sent to registered email IDs, with physical copies available on request. E-voting will be open from September 19, 2025, until September 21, 2025, with a cut-off date of September 15, 2025, for voting eligibility. E-voting will also be available during the meeting.
