RRIL LIMITED has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting, to be conducted virtually via Video Conferencing or other audio-visual means. Shareholders will discuss and transact business as outlined in the AGM notice. An e-voting facility will be available for eligible shareholders, running for three days. Shareholders registered with email IDs have received the annual report and e-voting details. The annual report is also accessible on the company's, BSE's, and NSDL's websites. Shareholders who have voted remotely can attend the virtual AGM but cannot vote again.
