Shanti Guru Industries Ltd — Important, 25-08-2025: Company Update

Shanti Guru Industries is pivoting its strategy to address retail sector challenges, planning a new food product manufacturing facility for soya chunks and vermicelli in Krishnagiri. To support working capital for this, the company will sell 150 cents of freehold land in Madhavaram. The board made several leadership changes: Ms. Sarika S Sangavi and Mr. Santosh Choudannanavar were appointed as Additional Directors (Choudannanavar as independent for five years), following committee review. Mr. Mahipal Sanghavi resigned as CFO, with Mr. Shripal Sanghavi taking over, and Independent Director Mr. Jayaraman Madhu Suthan also stepped down. The 15th Annual General Meeting is scheduled.
