Shanti Guru Industries' board has announced its 15th Annual General Meeting for September 26. The company is making a significant pivot from the struggling retail industry, planning a new food product manufacturing facility for soya chunks and vermicelli in Krishnagiri. To support this, it will sell 150 cents of land in Madhavaram for working capital. Leadership updates include Ms. Sarika S Sangavi and Mr. Santosh Choudannanavar joining as Additional Directors. Mr. Mahipal Sanghavi resigned as CFO, replaced by Mr. Shripal Sanghavi. An Independent Director also stepped down, marking notable changes in the board structure.
