Shanti Guru Industries Ltd — Important, 25-08-2025: Company Update

Shanti Guru Industries' board met, setting plans for its 15th Annual General Meeting. To diversify and boost margins from the struggling retail sector, the company will establish a food product manufacturing facility in Krishnagiri for soya chunks and vermicelli. Funding this and working capital will involve selling 150 cents of freehold land in Madhavaram. Leadership changes include Ms. Sarika S Sangavi and Mr. Santosh Choudannanavar appointed as Additional Directors. Mr. Mahipal Sanghavi resigned as CFO, replaced by Mr. Shripal Sanghavi. An Independent Director, Mr. Jayaraman Madhu Suthan, also stepped down.
