Oricon Enterprises' promoter group is undertaking an inter-se share transfer to resolve family disputes. The acquirer group, including Hazarimal Somani Partnership and Adarsh Somani, will acquire 1.69 crore shares, representing 10.31% of the company's total capital, from other family members. This transaction will increase the acquirer group's shareholding from 4.81 crore shares (30.60%) to 6.43 crore shares (40.91%). A portion of shares will be acquired at ₹54.54 per share or market price, while others are by gift. This move aims to settle family business inequalities and preserve property, strengthening core promoter control.
