D.K. Enterprises Global Ltd. has announced its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 25, 2025. For the financial year ended March 31, 2025, standalone revenue was ₹73.45 Cr and profit after tax (PAT) was ₹5.05 Cr. Consolidated revenue increased by 7.78% to ₹155.12 Cr, with PAT at ₹5.67 Cr. A final dividend of ₹2 per equity share has been proposed. Shareholders will also vote on re-appointing Chairman & MD Mr. Rakesh Kumar (proposed monthly fixed pay ₹2.5 Lakh) and increasing the overall managerial remuneration limit for FY26 from 11% to 15% of net profits.
