Murudeshwar Ceramics Limited held its 42nd Annual General Meeting where shareholders adopted the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for FY24-25. Members also passed resolutions including the re-appointment of Shri Naveen Rama Shetty as Director and the declaration of a dividend for FY24-25. Critically, Shri Satish Rama Shetty was re-appointed as Chairman and Managing Director for another five years. Approvals were also granted for general limits on borrowing powers, inter-corporate loans/investments, and existing/new material related party transactions with RNS Infrastructure Limited.
