DHP India Ltd — Others, 25-08-2025: AGM/EGM

DHP India shareholders at the 34th Annual General Meeting on August 25, 2025, approved all six proposed resolutions. This includes the adoption of financial statements for FY 2024-25 and a final dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share. Shareholders also approved the reappointment of Mrs. Anjum Dhandhania as a Director, the appointment of Mrs. Alpana Sethia as Secretarial Auditor, and the reappointment of M/s. NKSJ & Associates as Statutory Auditors, each for a five-year term. Additionally, Mr. Surajit Raha was appointed as an Independent Director for five years.
