Sulabh Engineers and Services Limited has announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting to adopt the financial results for the year 2024-25. The company reported strong performance with standalone net profit increasing to Rs. 1.64 Cr (from Rs. 1.06 Cr) and consolidated net profit reaching Rs. 3.25 Cr (from Rs. 1.75 Cr). Standalone revenue grew to Rs. 1.65 Cr and consolidated revenue to Rs. 4.93 Cr. Key board changes include re-appointments and a new Independent Director. Shareholders will also approve related party transactions with its subsidiary, Venkatswamy Mining And Estates Private Limited, up to Rs. 2 Cr for FY25-26.
