Deem Roll Tech has set its 22nd AGM for Sept 26, 2025. The board also approved the re-appointment of Director Jaydev Betai and the appointment of Rabindra De as an Additional Non-Executive Director, pending shareholder nod. New Cost & Secretarial Auditors were also appointed, and key committees re-jigged.
