Vodafone Idea Limited — Others, 25-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Vodafone Idea Limited held its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) via Video Conferencing. Shareholders adopted the standalone and consolidated financial statements and re-appointed Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla and Mr. Himanshu Kapania as Directors. They also ratified the remuneration for Cost Auditors and appointed a Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term. Additionally, Mr. Anjani Kumar Agrawal was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term. The e-voting results will be shared with Stock Exchanges and the company website.
