Khyati Multimedia Entertainment's Board has finalized key preparations for its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board approved the draft Directors' Report and adopted the Secretarial Auditors' Report for the year ended 31st March 2025. The AGM is scheduled for September 29th, with e-voting from September 25th to September 28th, and September 19th as the record date for e-voting eligibility. Additionally, the Board put forward for shareholder approval the appointment of Secretarial Auditors and Statutory Financial Auditors for new five-year terms. A promoter's request for reclassification to public shareholder status was also approved, pending exchange approval.
