LLP, for five years at an annual fee of 0.035 Cr. The company's shares successfully listed on May 6, 2025. For FY25, total income increased 29% to 2,305.2 Cr, while net loss improved 23% to 812.3 Cr. Vehicle sales surged 42% to 155,394 units, largely due to the Ather Rizta. Gross margin significantly improved to 19%. Future plans include a new Maharashtra factory for scooter and motorcycle production.
