Deem Roll Tech's board approved calling its 22nd Annual General Meeting via virtual means. The board also approved placing the re-appointment of Mr. Jaydev Ramesh Betai as Director before shareholders for their approval. Additionally, the board appointed M/s M.I. Prajapati & Associates as Cost Auditor and Ms. Dhyanam Vyas as Secretarial Auditor for five years. Mr. Rabindra Kishan De was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director; his extensive steel industry experience is expected to benefit the company. Furthermore, the Management, CSR, and Stakeholder Relationship committees were re-constituted, incorporating Mr. De into their structures.
