The company will hold its 46th Annual General Meeting via video conferencing on September 24, 2025. Shareholders will vote on a final dividend of Re. 0.05 per equity share for FY 2024-25, with September 17, 2025, as the record date. The meeting will also consider reappointment of Shri Sanjay Kumar Jain and Shri Sunil Mahnot as directors. Additionally, the company proposes to appoint DMK Associates as Secretarial Auditors for up to five years for a fee of up to 0.0125 Cr. Shri Rikhab Chand Jain will be re-designated from Executive to Non-Executive Chairman and Director, effective April 1, 2025, and will receive only sitting fees.
