Ather Energy has released its FY25 Annual Report and notice for the 12th Annual General Meeting on September 17, 2025. The company posted a 29% jump in total income to ₹2,305.2 Cr, while significantly reducing its loss by 23% to ₹812.3 Cr. Electric scooter sales grew 42% year-over-year to 1.55 lakh units, leading to a 1,000 basis point improvement in adjusted gross margins to 19%. Following its successful listing on BSE and NSE in May 2025, the company will seek shareholder approval for these financial results, re-appointment of a director, and the appointment of new secretarial auditors.
