Shreeji Translogistics Ltd — Important, 25-08-2025: Company Update

The Board approved the appointment of M/s. G. P. Kapadia & Co. as new Statutory Auditors, replacing the previous firm, for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. Four Non-Executive Independent Directors—Mr. Shailesh Kamdar, Mr. Dharmendra Vora, Mr. Satish Shah, and Mr. Vivek Shah—were also approved for re-appointment for a second five-year term from November 28, 2025. Additionally, the Company plans to sell its 51% stake in subsidiary TKD Digitrans Tech Private Limited. This subsidiary contributed only Rs. 0.00575 Cr to consolidated revenue and had a negative net worth of Rs. -0.4849 Cr in FY25. The shares will be sold for Rs. 0.0051 Cr, including to promoter group members, to streamline operations.
