T T Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 25-08-2025: Record Date

TTL has set September 17, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend for FY2024-25. Shareholders on record that day will be eligible for a Re. 0.05 per share payout, equivalent to 5% on Rs. 1 face value. This payout is contingent on shareholder assent at the September 24, 2025 Annual General Meeting. Share transfer books will be closed from September 18-24 for the AGM.
