ROX Hi-Tech's board approved increasing authorized share capital from Rs 25 Cr to Rs 40 Cr and plans to raise up to Rs 15 Cr via various methods. Major General H. Dharmarajan (retd) was appointed as an Independent Director. AGM is set for Sep 29.
