ECOHOTELS has finalized the details for its Rights Issue of partly paid-up Equity Shares, aiming to raise Rs. 19.57 Crore. Existing shareholders will be eligible to apply for one Rights Equity Share for every four shares held. Each share is priced at Rs. 15.20, with Rs. 3.80 payable on application and the remaining Rs. 11.40 in future calls. The Rights Issue will involve 1,28,76,808 new equity shares.
