Grand Continent Hotels (GCHOTELS) has announced its 14th Annual General Meeting on September 18, 2025. The company reported strong annual financial results for FY2024-25, with consolidated operating revenue up 133% to 72.62 Cr and net profit rising 160% to 10.68 Cr. Following its March 2025 IPO and expansion to 20 hotels, shareholders will vote on shifting the registered office to Karnataka and varying IPO objectives. It proposes reallocating 10.66 Cr from delayed hotel expansion and 0.36 Cr from debt repayment to new properties and general corporate purposes for accelerated growth. Managing Director Mr. Ramesh Siva's reappointment is also on the agenda.
