Aptech Limited — Others, 25-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Aptech Limited has called its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to adopt the financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025. Shareholders will also consider reappointing Directors Mr. Utpal Sheth and Mr. Rajiv Agarwal. Other key items include approving the Cost Auditor's remuneration of Rupees 90,000 per annum and appointing a Secretarial Auditor for five years at Rupees 95,000 per annum. Additionally, the AGM will consider revising the annual remuneration for Whole-Time Directors Mr. Neeraj Malik and Mr. Sandip Weling, to 1.50 Crore each. The meeting will be held virtually.
