Northern Arc Capital Limited — Others, 25-08-2025: Change in Auditors

Northern Arc Capital shareholders approved several key resolutions at their 17th Annual General Meeting. These include adopting financial statements for FY25 and appointing Mr. Michael Jude Fernandes as a director. M/s. Alagar & Associates were appointed Secretarial Auditors for five years. Shareholders also sanctioned creating charges on company assets and increasing borrowing powers, each up to INR 15,000 Cr. The company is authorized to issue Non-Convertible Debentures via private placement up to INR 5,000 Cr and expand the Employee Stock Option Pool to 94,78,967 ESOPs. Remuneration revisions for the Chairperson and MD & CEO were also approved.
