TVS Srichakra Limited — Others, 25-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

TVS Srichakra will hold its 42nd Annual General Meeting on 17th September 2025 via video conference. Shareholders will consider adopting the audited financial statements for the year ended 31st March 2025. A dividend of ₹16.89 per share (168.90%) is proposed, with the record date for entitlement set for 5th September 2025. The agenda also includes the reappointment of Mr. P Srinivasavaradhan as a director. Additionally, the meeting will address the ratification of the Cost Auditor's remuneration of 1.375 Lakhs and the approval for the appointment of M/s.
