This pledge, representing 0.29% of Centrum Capital's total share capital, was made in favor of Ms. Shalini Verma to secure a fresh loan. Post this transaction, the promoter's total pledged shares now amount to 7.63 Crore, which is 18.34% of the company's total share capital, an increase from the previous 7.51 Crore shares (18.05%).
