Nisus Finance Services shareholders have approved the Nisus Employees Stock Option Plan 2025 for eligible Directors and Employees. This scheme authorizes up to 7,16,343 stock options, convertible into equity shares of Rs. 10 face value, constituting approximately 3% of the company’s existing paid-up equity. The exercise price will be determined by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, not less than the market price on the grant date. Options can be exercised for up to five years post-vesting.
