Kilitch Drugs' board approved the allotment of 13.98 lakh equity shares from its Rights Issue at Rs. 357 each. This successfully raised approximately Rs. 49.90 Cr, increasing the paid-up share capital from Rs. 16.08 Cr to Rs. 17.48 Cr.
